WQN Sewage pump
The cooling effect is obvious , the motor can dehydrate for a long time.
The WQXN water-cooled multi-stage engineering sewage submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) consists of a water pump, a seal, an electric motor, and a cooling water jacket. The electric motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump and is a three-phase asynchronous motor structure. The water pump is located at the lower part of the electric pump and is a multi-stage centrifugal impeller radial guide vane structure with high head and small appearance. Two independent mechanical seals are used between the water pump and the motor, and a "0" - shaped oil resistant rubber seal ring is used for static sealing at the fixed stop seal. The electric motor is covered with a steel cooling water jacket. When the electric pump is working, water flows through the gap between the water jacket and the electric motor, which has a good cooling effect on the motor and bearings. Therefore, the upper part of the electric pump can be exposed to the water surface for operation. The motor bearings adopt radial ball bearings (pressure bearings), which can improve the service life of high head water pumps.
This series of electric pumps has a compact structure, is easy to move, is easy to install, and has the advantages of high field range and thorough pumping. Widely used in mining, construction, farmland and other places, it is an ideal equipment for pumping solid particles and liquids containing small amounts of sediment such as mine water, domestic wastewater, river pond water, etc.
